ASM is the new member of ELICA GROUP

On the 5th of October 2020, ELICA GROUP and Sesotec GmbH signed a Sales Purchasing Agreement for the Italian company ASM - Advanced Sorting Machines SRL, which has been part of the German Sesotec group for the past five years. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020. The shareholders of ELICA personally announced the agreement for the forthcoming acquisition to the management and employees of ASM. The event took place in Argelato, Italy, where the production of the new member of the group is located.ELICA and ASM have been collaborating for over twelve years, during which they have built trust with each other. The Italian machines are one of the main components in turnkey solutions in processing systems of the Bulgarian manufacturer. The result of their cooperation is the added value of the offered technologies and services by ELICA. ASM relies on more than 30 years of experience in the optical-electronic sorting sector.
